Day Eighteen

Last Day in Fuengirola

It is Sunday and the flea market at Coin is beckoning. This town is set in the hills behind Fuengirola and in only twenty minutes we are enjoying the hustle and bustle of the market. Unlike Fuengirola Market, this takes place in a large car park but still attracts visitors from far and wide.

Anyone need a concrete mixer?

There is a small farmers market as well as shops. One of my favourite is the Second Hand Market. And the glass front of the supermarket itself is actually a water feature!

Water pours down the glass sheets!

Speciality: prawn skewers.

Then on to Mijas. No trip is complete without visiting this village, nestled in the hills above Fuengirola.

And finally! A paella!

Tomorrow we leave at dawn!
